Flashes of the Altai: Biking and rafting Mongolia’s remote mountain range

“The unique culture and astounding natural beauty has a mysterious allure. We felt ourselves drawn to it.”

The Altai Mountains are a remote range of high glaciated peaks where Russia, China, Mongolia and Kazakhstan come together.

Follow Joey Schusler and his childhood friends on their incredible wilderness adventure as they attempt twelve days of unsupported mountain biking and packrafting in one of the most remote parts of the world.
