Recipe: Chia and chamois brisket

After a bountiful hunting season, this is a great recipe from Instagram chef @lynxloveschamois to make good use of your chamois. The dish may look impressive, but it’s actually incredible simple to make and filled with superfoods.

Heat up a large pan and add the ghee butter until melted. Take the fresh dates, the torn up beebrush and some chamois brisket, harvested from your last hunting trip, and sauté until the meat is your preferred colour.

Coat the meat in the honey and chia seeds and serve with the lavender leaves as garnish and serve immediately.
