It’s another great video from the award-winning British butcher, Scott Rea, who is helping hunters around the world get the best out of their game.

This time he demonstrates how to pluck, gut, truss and cook a grouse in the traditional British manner – perfect after a successful shooting haul.

In just a matter of minutes he shows how simple it is for each grouse to be plucked and trussed, ready for the oven.

The birds are then stuffed with juniper berries, roasted in and served with pate, homemade bread sauce and watercress.
